The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 461, 379 and 411 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that temple of Sri Hari was established by ancestor of the informant in which lock of the door was found broken on 23.2.2015 and several items was found missing.
On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2015. Charge sheet in the case has been submitted. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name came in course of investigation. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Sasaram, Rohtas in Nokha P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
