Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07-112014 and earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court, giving direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months but the report of the trial court goes to show that case of the petitioner is still pending and uptill now, charge could not be framed against him.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S.
