2. The petitioners are in custody since 17.02.2016 in connection with alleged offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and being the drivers of the two vehicles, they were merely acting on the instructions of the owner.

4. Considering that the petitioners were arrested on the place of occurrence while removing gen-set on the two carrier vehicles, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
