The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under section 392 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant coming to his office with a bag containing Rs. 4,25,000/-, one Laptop and other articles and reached at Salempatti Railway crossing four unknown persons stopped him and on the point of knife snatched his bag and fled away. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name appears in course of investigation. It is further submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27074 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 the petitioner may be released after six months of his custody from 6.4.2015.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner has got as many as seven cases pending against him. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, as charge sheet has already been submitted the petitioner is directed to be released after completion of six months from 6.4.2015 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014. (Sudhir Singh, J) Abhay/- U T
