Mr.Lalit Kishore (Ag) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2021 The petitioner has approached this Court in 2020 in connection with the issuance of certificate and mark sheet for the examination held in 1990.

We are in 2021 i.e. more than 31 years have passed by now.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Court deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to deposit Rs. 25,000/- cash to the Secretary of Bihar School Examination Board and on such deposit, the Examination Board shall verify the records and if the records are available shall issue certificate and mark sheet to the petitioner as per records available with the Bihar School

Patna High Court CWJC No.8939 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2021 2/2 Examination Board at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of deposing Rs. 25000/- cash alongwith a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
