The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one person collected one thousand rupees from 76 ladies for providing them employment, but subsequently he disappeared from the scene. Subsequently the petitioner was apprehended by some ladies and was handed over to the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion petitioner has been roped in the present case and there is no documentary evidence to suggest that

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
