The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, registered under Sections 498(A), 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant used to talk with the petitioner since before two years on mobile. On 18.10.2018, petitioner came near the informant and asked her to perform the marriage. Thereafter, informant was accompanied by the petitioner at Rajgir, where petitioner is working in Ordinance Factory and he put the Vermilion on her head in his room and both started to live as husband and wife and stayed there 9 to 10 days. Later on, brother-in-law of petitioner came and asked the father and mother of petitioner that they could easily get 10 to 15 lacs as dowry, if the marriage of petitioner was performed. Thereafter, informant was being tortured through various modes and father of the petitioner demanded 6 katha land as dowry. When the informant refused then she was removed from her matrimonial house on 04.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, informant is sister-in-law of cousin brother of the petitioner and only to give undue pressure to settle the marriage, the family members of the informant got managed to lodge the present case when the father of the petitioner was refused. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down
