JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 27.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.
