Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the police got a confidential information that a stolen tractor is standing near the house of co-accused Kishore Yadav. When the police party reached there, they saw a stolen tractor parked near the house of co-accused Kishore Yadav. Having seen the police party, Kishore Yadav and Chandra Shekhar Yadav began to flee away, but they were nabbed after chase and they disclosed the name of the present petitioner as one of the perpetrators of that crime.

No.44224 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is nothing against the present petitioner except confessional statement of co-accused Kishore Yadav and Chandra Shekhar Yadav. He has also submitted that the present petitioner is a person of clean antecedents.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
