Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the F.I.R. police raided the house of the petitioner and recovered one red black colored motorcycle and on being asked to produce paper petitioner has not produced any relevant paper regarding the motorcycle.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2014 Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that it has not yet been proved that the motorcycle in question is

It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,00/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri P.K.
