2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that so far the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, the same has been redressed and the benefit of pay revision for the period 01.01.1996 till date of his superannuation has already been paid. However, he seeks liberty

Patna High Court MJC No.3520 of 2017(6) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 to file a fresh application before the authority concerned for interest over the delayed payment.

3. In view thereof, the present contempt application stands disposed of.

4. It is needless to observe that the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the authority concerned, if any grievance is still subsist.
