1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present writ application, the petitioner has claimed the payment of allowances i.e., D.A., H.R.A. and M.A., with effect from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010. He relies upon the order, dated 06.10.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4012 of 2022 and submits that the present case is fully covered by the aforesaid order/judgment, dated 06.10.2023, of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the University is not in a position to dispute this fact.
