JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he gave Fasuli blow, causing head injury to injured, Qurban Ansari who sustained grievous injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injury and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused, namely Babulal Gond and Mahendra Gond have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

No.27218 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Thakraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, Bettiah.
