2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"1. (i) That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent No. 2 for disposal of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9353 of 2022(3) dt.07-04-2026 2/3 Appeal pending before the concerned authority against the order dated 30.03.2016 whereby and where under the petitioner has been terminated from the post of MDM Block Resource Person.
ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by District Programme Officer whereby and where under the petitioner has been terminated from his post without holding any inquiry, much less without giving any opportunity to the petitioner to explain his case by issuing any show cause thereby showing a flagrant abuse of principles of natural justice.
iii. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitle to."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 30.3.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal Scheme, Motihari (respondent no.5) is pending before the Director, Midday Meal Scheme, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2).

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the instant application is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. The writ application stands disposed of.
