JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties through video conference. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking that all defects pointed out by the stamp reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately upon resumption of normal physical functioning of the Court, and in any event within one month thereof.

2. The present petition has been filed "for correction of the name of the petitioner's father which has wrongly been typed as

Patna High Court MJC No.1372 of 2020 dt.06-09-2021 2/2 'Singeshwar Prasad Yadav' in place of 'Singeshwar Yadav' in C.W.J.C. No. 3940 of 2016, wherein the name of the petitioner stands at Serial No. 99".

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties appears and expresses that there is no objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

4. In the above view of the matter, let the name of the petitioner's father appearing as "Singeshwar Prasad Yadav" in the cause title of the order dated 31.08.2016 in C.W.J.C. No. 3940 of 2016 in respect of the name of the petitioner at serial no. 99 be corrected to read as "Singeshwar Yadav".

5. MJC No. 1372 of 2020 stands allowed.

6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
