2. The petitioner, who is an Elementary Teacher (Class 6 to 8) in Hindi subject is aggrieved by the order of termination dated 30.10.2021, issued by the District Education Officer, Jehanabad.

3. Learned counsel for the State by referring to the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2012 submits that under Rule 16 of the aforesaid Rules, 2012 the petitioner has an alternative

4. Since, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority under the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2012.
