JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
In view of the fact that the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited objection from the eligible candidates for preparation of the select list to fill-up the left over vacancies, no further indulgence is required.
In case the petitioners have filed objection pursuant to the notice inviting objection, the Court expects that the Commission will objectively consider the objection filed by the petitioners in the matter of preparation of select list. The Court hopes and trusts that the Commission shall expedite the selection process and complete the same within a maximum period of six months from today.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
