The present application has been filed challenging the cognizance order dated 23.02.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in Suryagadha P.S. Case No.104 of 2013.

The present application has been filed on 05.02.2019 challenging the cognizance order which has been passed on 23.02.20214.

In the opinion of this Court, this application cannot be entertained on the ground of delay and laches in challenging the cognizance order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed
