The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that while he was returning after collecting cash of Rs. 80,000/- and went to Flour Mill for withdrawing cash of Rs. 4,90,000/- and his neighbour businessman also withdraw of Rs. 2,24,000/- and proceeded to Bus Stand by rickshaw. Two motor cyclists chased and out of whom one motorcycle stopped near his rickshaw and the persons ridded on the motorcycle started to snatch their bags and ultimately on the point of pistol they took away his bag and succeeded to flee away.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27578 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. parade. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No.743 of 2014.
