2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024, lodged on 26.02.2024 under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol along with one live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2024 and is accused in two more criminal cases, but in both the cases, he has been granted bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 129/2024, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for regular bail after framing of charge.
