The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application.
"1. That the petitioners above-named
Patna High Court CWJC No.975 of 2018 (3) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court by way of issuance of any appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to grant trained scale of pay to the petitioners from date of their joining in view of the resolution dated 05.01.2015 issued from the Department of Education, Government of Bihar, regarding grant of trained pay scale to the teachers having higher qualification for which petitioners are entitled as several similarly situated teachers have been granted the same benefit."
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7255 of 2018 dated 20.04.2018.
The respondent no. 5, the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur, is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7255 of 2018 dated 20.04.2018 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
