Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.114 of 2012 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34361 of 2014 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. It has been contended that though more than six months have passed since the date of communication of the order, charges have not been framed till date.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27352 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.114 of 2012.
