The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 2,4,2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner No.1 is Bhaisur and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32977 of 2019(3) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 petitioner No.2 is Devar of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners have got no concern with the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 8th, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. case No.22 of 2018.
