The petitioner seeks bail in Musahari P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim alleged that he had gone to take polythene but there rape committed with her in a Lichi orchard. The victim identified Baiju Baitha. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and others helped Baiju Baitha to flee away.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 63/2015.
