The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and one Hamid Raza were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one lock key said to be master key was recovered. From the possession of Hamid Raza loaded country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2014. Considering the fact that for recovery of one lock key the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
