The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 142, 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 333, 353, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32337 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the co-accused having more of less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32352 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Class, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
