This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 150 liters of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2022.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
