2.The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 293/2024.

3. As per the allegation, The petitioner badly assaulted his father Hulas Yadav, who suffered grievous injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The allegations are general and omnibus.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegation against the petitioner, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the same shall be disposed of on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
