In the present case, petitioner is challenging the office order no. 327 dated 25.09.2017 (Annexure 3), wherein and whereunder he has been transferred on account of administrative ground from cooperative department, Patna to Office of Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cooperative department has taken a stand that he has been transferred on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19361 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2018 ground that he has remained there for a long period in general administration, both are in contradiction to each other. He further submits that other persons who have been transferred by different notification on the administrative ground they were again brought to Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained there for one year in the same department. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the authority concerned, who will examine and look into the grievance of the petition in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
