The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 225 (A), 225 (B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act.

The police had got information that Sri Shiv Nath Sahni was to be produced in the court and some criminals were intending to get him free from the custody of the police. The police on such information, raided the premises and apprehended the petitioner, from whose possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 25.2.2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18728 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two years and similarly situated coaccused Sone Lal Sah has been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No.49616/2013, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Dixit, J.M., Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No.102 of 2013.
