JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-11-2019 This case has come at the instance of the petitioner stating that vide order dated 12.9.2019, the petitioner was directed to surrender by 25.09.2019 and the informant was also directed to appear on that day but the order was pronounced after 25.09.2019 and as such he necessitated filing of this application.

In view of the above, order dated 12.09.2019 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner has to surrender by 25.11.2019 and on that the informant shall also appear. The above order is passed in presence of the learned counsel for both the parties.
