Petitioner is accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 and 420/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Kaushal Kumar and Akash Kumar, who are said to have been apprehended by the Police with theft motorcycle. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.03.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20729 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S.
