JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that, despite the recommendation made by Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, with respect to sanction of required posts of teaching and non-teaching staff of Maharaja Mahesh Thakur Mithila College, Danby Road, Darbhanga, and subsequent reminder, the State Government has not taken a final call.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2231 of 2018(2) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 My attention has been drawn to the orders of this Court dated 04.03.2015, passed in CWJC No. 10510 of 2015, 21.04.2017, in CWJC No. 15209 of 2016 and 25.04.2017, in CWJC No. 15730 of 2016, that in similar circumstance, this Court has disposed of the writ applications with a direction to the State-respondent to take a decision on the recommendation made by the University for sanction of teaching and nonteaching posts. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel for the State of Bihar and University, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3, to take a decision on the question of sanction of posts on the basis of recommendation made by the University, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not already done.

This disposes of the application.
