Petitioner Ranjit Yadav seeks bail in Alouli P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, corresponding to S.C. No. 170/2015.

The petitioner was earlier granted bail vide order dated 16.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42272 of 2015 but the petitioner could not appear on 24.11.2015 and, due to absence of the petitioner, the prosecution witness could not be examined. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months for misuse of the privilege of bail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21350 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in Alouli P.S. Case No. 103/2015, corresponding to S.C. No. 170/2015.
