The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 29.04.2023 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 968 of 2023 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges were framed against the petitioner on 07.01.2023 itself but the said fact inadvertently could not be brought to the notice. Considering the fact that the charges stand framed against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36337 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022.
One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his maternal father-in-law Ramesh Mehta.
In the event, if the learned Trial Court comes to the conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
