The victim stated in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C that she was raped by the petitioner on the point of dagger. The victim disclosed her age as 13 years and the Medical Board also found between 16 to 17 years.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case no. 04/2015 stands rejected.
