2. This application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report bearing Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 for the offences under sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 38 (5 & 6) of the Bihar Mineral (Concession Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rule, 2019 (hereinafter called as "Rules of 2019") with respect to the petitioner as it is against the rule and there is a bar for institution of First Information Report against the violation of any rules of 2019 under Minor Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act,

3. After some argument, Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
