The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2140 of 2015 taking note of allegation as well as nature of injury found on the person of the injured and present stage of the case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the charge against the petitioner has already been framed on 21.05.2015 and petitioner is in jail custody since 18.11.2014. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
