2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. That this application is for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 7 to settle all the Jalkar, situated within the area operation of the petitioner society according to the provision of the Bihar Fish Jalkar Management Act, 2006 but respondent no. 7 has not settled the Jalkars to the Society inspite of several petitions filed by the society nor issued parwana in respect of the such

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall be approaching the Collector, Darbhanga in next four weeks whereafter the matter be taken to its logical end.

4. The writ application is disposed of.
