Patna High Court CWJC No.845 of 2021(4) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before Respondent No. 3 (District Magistrate, Aurangabad) along with all the relevant documents.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner after hearing the Respondent No. 11 and pass a necessary order within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
