The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, father of deceased, made allegation of demand of dowry and torture and alleged that Sheshnath Roy, husband of deceased, and his other family members killed the deceased and cremated her dead body hurriedly. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against him. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2010 and the deceased is alleged to have been killed on 17.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
