JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2023 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file review application in terms of Rule 69(3) of State Bank of India Officer Service Rules, 1992 before the competent authority.

In view of prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the authority concerned within a period of four weeks from today.
