Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act. One Ruby Kumari and two other girls were recovered from the house of co- accused Deepak Chaudhary. Petitioner was arrested on the spot along with co- accused Deepak Chaudhary. Recovered girls have stated nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 19.12.2015.
Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kotwali P.S. Case no. 275/2015.
