JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2018 passed in CWJC no. 13984 of 2008, the petitioner has been reinstated in service and thereafter, he has joined his services at the office of the Engineer-in-Chief, Road Construction Department, Vishwesharaiya Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna and subsequently, all the dues amounting to a sum of Rs. 63,38,086/- has already been paid to the petitioner herein. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.4713 of 2018(10) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 Hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. Thus, the present contempt petition stands disposed off. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his grievances regarding non-payment of any outstanding dues pertaining to his service period.
