The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and others and from the possession of the petitioner one mobile was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 01.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015.
