One country made loaded pistol and three cartridges are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is in jail custody since 30.01.2016. Although there is allegation of collecting money for naxalites but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Pouthu P.S.Case No.02 of 2016.
