The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 376/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though it is alleged that the looted articles of jewellery have been sold to the petitioners who are owning a jewellery shop at Ranchi. The entire jewellery which was alleged to have been stolen was recovered from the house of the said Rakesh Giri and, therefore, the entire allegation which is based on the statement of the said Rakesh Giri, is false, fabricated and mischievous and cannot be accepted. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 376/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
