Petitioner was caught in the house of Binod Prasad Jaiswal and admittedly, the alleged recovery was made from the above stated house.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was employee of the aforesaid Binod Prasad Jaiswal. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of this fact that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of alleged Binod Prasad Jaiswal, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
