Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

30 litres country-made mahua liquor are said to have been recovered from the respective houses of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 06.04.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
