One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from co-accused Sonu Burnwal and so far as petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 34 of 2015.
